A strategic role overseeing sales operations in a global organization.
The position involves leading an international team, managing end-to-end order and shipment processes, working closely with cross-functional teams, and leveraging data tools to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a diverse international sales operations team
Support regional sales teams with pricing, order processing, and delivery coordination
Set priorities for shipments and ensure alignment with business needs
Oversee the full lifecycle of order fulfillment and finished goods logistics
Utilize BI systems to provide insights and performance tracking
Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Finance, IT, and Production
Interface with external partners such as distributors, shipping companies, and customs brokers
Requirements: Must-Have:
Up to 5 years of experience in global sales operations
Academic degree
High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Previous experience managing a team
ERP proficiency (Priority is an advantage)
Familiarity with BI systems
Advanced Excel and Office skills
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the medical device industry
