Responsibilities:
Review online resumes to pre-screen candidates
Conducting phone interviews to filter candidates within schedule
Source using diverse online channels to attract the best potential talent.
Maintain a strong pipeline of talents while executing a meaningful candidate experience.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Support HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
Take part in different HR activities like- employee onboarding, company events, and more.
Requirements: 2-3 years of Experience working as a recruiter
Experience in sourcing via social networks and alternative recruiting sources.
Excellent written & oral communication skills (Hebrew and English)
Experience in global recruitment- Advantage
Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment.
Availability to work according to US eastern time zone
