As a Customer Experience Specialist at our company, you will engage with customers visiting the store, help capture their information, and answer questions about our vehicles. You are part of a sales team that works together to meet targets. You are expected to be cooperative, Customer oriented and passionate about our company products.

Greet customers and engage with them to understand what they're looking for
Answer questions about our company vehicles and help customers schedule test drives
Capture customer information accurately in our system and keep records updated
Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
Work with the sales team to ensure customers have a good experience
Help during store events and promotional activities
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and evenings when required.
Requirements: Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to connect with people easily
Willingness to learn about our company vehicles and our products
Good communication skills in English and Hebrew
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for our company's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy
Driving license.
