We are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition and HR operations Team lead.
As our Global Talent Acquisition and HR Operations Team Lead, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts while working hands-on to fill key positions across multiple regions.
You will own the global talent acquisition strategy, while also being deeply involved in the daily execution from sourcing and screening to employer branding and recruitment analytics.
Your role will include managing and mentoring two team members (based in Israel and the UK), driving process excellence, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
In addition, you will oversee global HR operations, which include planning and executing company-wide events (team offsites, happy hours, gifts), coordinating travel, and managing office administration in Israel, the UK, and the US
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across various departments and locations
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support
Mentor, support, and guide two recruiters & hr operations (Israel & UK)
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and hiring effectiveness
Own and enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience
Ensure hiring processes are inclusive, efficient, and compliant with local laws
Manage HR operations globally, including:
Annual planning of team events, happy hours, and employee gifts.
Coordination of travel and logistics for global teams
Oversight of office management in Israel and the UK

A global technology company is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a temporary nine month assignment. The recruiter will lead full end-to-end hiring processes, act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, and support a variety of technical and student recruitment needs.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Operations Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement).
As a Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases.
Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.
Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
As an Operations Manager :
Lead all aspects of office operations at the IL site- leading facilities and vendor management, overseeing supplies, refreshments, and workplace standards, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience in the office every day.
Coordination and organization of employee welfare activities such as Happy Hour, Holiday Toast, etc
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintenance.
Manage and optimize workplace budgets and processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals
Handle employees' travel arrangements
Support executive leadership

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with an emphasis on increasing the volume of hires for internal positions and technological outsourcing projects. The role combines both strategic leadership and hands-on recruitment across all stages: sourcing, job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, guiding candidates through security clearance processes, and utilizing the Commit system (mandatory).
