Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and coordinating the hiring process
Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates' fit for the organization and role requirements
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
Collaborate with local and global recruitment agencies to ensure hiring goals are met
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Prepare and present employment offers and contracts to candidates
Leverage recruiting data and metrics to evaluate and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process
Support and participate in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
Provide HR support for employees and managers, including handling employee relations, performance and development discussions, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives

Job description:
Responsible for all recruitments in the company, including OS for customers and recruitment of internal employees for the company. Accompanying the recruitment process from the screening of a certificate, locating candidates on social networks, telephone interviews and frontal interviews to the stage of a contract with the candidate. As a part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across engineering and related teams. Youll partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and operations to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Youll operate with full-cycle ownership, from sourcing and assessment through offer formulation and closing, using sound judgment, strong communication, and a deep understanding of the engineering talent market in Israel. Poland is a nice to have.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end hiring process for engineering roles (e.g., backend, frontend, DevOps, data, QA), from job intake to offer closure.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write inclusive and accurate job descriptions, and align on interview strategy and success profiles.
Conduct candidate assessments, values interviews, and reference checks, ensuring consistency and quality in evaluation.
Formulate and extend offers in collaboration with HRBPs, Compensation, and Hiring Managers.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and interviewers, providing data-driven insights, market updates, and process guidance.
Maintain a regular and transparent communication cadence with HRBPs, Ops, and other key stakeholders on hiring progress and challenges.
Build and nurture relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution of recruiting processes.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our companys values and culture.
Actively support DEI goals by diversifying sourcing channels and ensuring equitable hiring practices across all stages.
Represent our company authentically and inclusively in all candidate interactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure process compliance.
Leverage recruiting metrics (time to fill, conversion rates, diversity pipeline health, etc.) to inform hiring strategies.
Liaise with vendors and external agencies, ensuring alignment with SLAs and our companys standards.
