We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist
to join our team and support both local and global recruitment, ensuring an excellent employee experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both global and local positions, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management.
Lead onboarding and offboarding programs, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and exiting employees.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements across tech, sales, and customer support teams.
Act as the main HR point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey.
Support employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, birthday and work anniversary celebrations, and company events.
Support HR initiatives that enhance team collaboration, employee engagement, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations across different regions.
Drive employee retention by fostering career plans, internal mobility, and growth opportunities within the organization.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Experience in both global and local recruitment, across multiple geographies and time zones.
Experience recruiting for technical roles, sales, high-level management, and support positions.
Experience working with HR and hiring platforms
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
