we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team for maternity leave replacement. This is a hands-on role for a passionate and driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can lead full-cycle recruitment processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to take part in shaping continued growth by connecting top talent with business needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for global roles, such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Operations.
Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define effective hiring strategies.
Manage all aspects of the candidate journey, ensuring a professional, smooth, and engaging experience.
Proactively source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
Use data and insights to evaluate and improve recruiting performance and decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the global People team and contribute to ongoing team initiatives.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner in a startup or high-growth company.
Proven experience in full-cycle global hiring, including direct sourcing and end-to-end interviewing.
Experience working with Comeet is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to lead and conduct job interviews in English.
Experience leading hiring processes across various domains such as Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Administrative Operations is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates at all levels of seniority.
Strategic thinker with strong business orientation and high attention to detail.
