We are seeking an experienced and visionary PMO (Project Management Office) Manager to lead and oversee high-impact organizational transformation projects across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a deep understanding of organizational change, information systems transformation, and corporate culture evolution.
This role requires both strategic and hands-on capabilities: from engaging with senior stakeholders to shaping cross-organizational processes, to executing agile transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of organizational transformation projects across various departments and business units.
Collaborate directly with C-level executives and senior leadership to map, define and refine strategic business processes.
Identify cross-organizational inefficiencies, define gaps, and lead initiatives to improve processes using best practices and transformation methodologies.
Oversee the integration of IT systems, organizational culture initiatives, and business workflows into a unified, agile transformation strategy.
Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and impact.
Drive innovation and accelerate adaptability across the organization, improving time-to-market, Business Growth, competitiveness, and overall operational agility.
Develop and maintain a centralized PMO framework, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with corporate goals.

As Account Manager, you will manage our global customers and implement our solution within enterprise organizations. This role will see you participate in onboarding new customers and contribute towards maintaining a high level of satisfaction of existing customers including the provision of training and support to customers using our products.
Responsibilities
Manage project implementations for both new customers and those of our existing clients as their requirements grow
Engage with our clients through remote meetings, email, phone or via the ticketing system
Understand our clients' needs, tackle problems and where necessary, escalate the case to the relevant people
Think creatively about technical issues and provide clients with workarounds when necessary
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule when needed
Keep current on product releases and updates, including attending conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency

In this role, youll serve as the central bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that every deliverable is accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs. Youll manage communications, coordinate internal workflows, and present intelligence findings to clients with professionalism and confidence. Responsibilities
* Own client communication and relationship management, serving as the main point of contact, from scheduling meetings and briefings to understanding client needs and translating them into actionable instructions for internal teams.
* Coordinate project delivery across multiple abuse areas by bringing together researchers, analysts, product specialists, and account managers to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.
* Review, prepare, and quality-assure deliverables before client submission, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and tailored to each clients preferred format and context.
* Present findings and brief clients in online and in-person meetings, effectively communicating key insights, answering questions, and facilitating productive discussions.
* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity of objectives, alignment of expectations, and continuous improvement of deliverables and workflows.
