* Ownership of several Finance modules in the ERP and other related systems
* Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

In this role, you will drive complex R&D programs, ensuring alignment between business goals, technology initiatives, and delivery timelines.

You will manage program planning, execution, and cross-functional communication to ensure successful product development cycles.

Responsibilities


Lead R&D program management from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and aligned with business priorities.
Build and manage development Gantt charts and project plans, tracking progress and dependencies.
Manage tasks, workflows, and reporting in JIRA to support effective collaboration across teams.
Facilitate communication between R&D, Product, and other stakeholders to ensure program alignment.
Identify risks and challenges early, proposing and implementing solutions.
Support continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

In this role, youll serve as the central bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that every deliverable is accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs. Youll manage communications, coordinate internal workflows, and present intelligence findings to clients with professionalism and confidence. Responsibilities

* Review, prepare, and quality-assure deliverables before client submission, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and tailored to each clients preferred format and context.
* Present findings and brief clients in online and in-person meetings, effectively communicating key insights, answering questions, and facilitating productive discussions.
* Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing clarity of objectives, alignment of expectations, and continuous improvement of deliverables and workflows.
