What Youll Do:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process from intake meetings and job postings to sourcing, interviews, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and drive hiring decisions.
Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, job boards, recruiting events, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure each candidate receives a tailored, high-quality, and positive experience - from initial contact to final offer and beyond
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and process data in the ATS, ensuring reliable reporting and insights.
Take part in HR initiatives like employer branding, onboarding, DE&I, and referral programs.
Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience preferably in tech-driven or high-growth companies.
Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles across various departments and seniority levels.
Excellent sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiarity with AI recruiting tools.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Passionate about people, growth, and building great teams.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, high independence, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
Bonus Points if you have:
Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Comeet, Greenhouse).
Hands-on experience with AI sourcing tools.
