As an Lead Product Manager on the Advertiser Product Management group in our Tel-Aviv Office, youll work on our next-generation advertising platform, built from the ground up for performance advertisers. Abby is Realizes in-platform performance expert, an always-on strategist that goes far beyond chat to transform how campaigns are created, optimized, and scaled. Abbys mission is to give every advertiser the personalized insights, guidance, and recommendations they need to grow their business dramatically with Realize.

Craft the vision & recommendation framework
Define how Abby surfaces customized, actionable recommendations and troubleshooting across campaign setup, optimization, creative, and measurement.
Translate that vision into a robust, scalable framework that works for self-serve SMBs and sophisticated enterprise teams alike.
Shape an unforgettable user experience
Partner tightly with UX to turn Abbys guidance into intuitive, in-workflow surfaces, tooltips, dashboards, proactive alerts, and conversational moments reducing time-to-first-value and ongoing management effort.
Validate concepts through user testing and rapid experimentation.
Drive cross-functional execution
Lead a matrix of engineering, data science, UX, policy, support, and go-to-market teams to deliver frequent, incremental value.
Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, PRDs, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Make advertisers smarter, at scale
Instrument Abby to identify growth opportunities, blockers, and next best actions, then quantify the incremental lift they deliver.
Ensure Abbys guidance keeps pace with Realizes expanding feature setaudience products, creative formats, bidding levers, attribution, and more.
Measure what matters & iterate relentlessly
Define success through clear KPIs: campaign health index, ROAS uplift, time spent managing campaigns, feature adoption, NPS.
Run weekly A/B tests, kill what doesnt move the needle, and double down on breakthroughs.
Requirements: To thrive in this role, youll need:
8+ years of product management
Hands-on UX chops. You co-create user flows, speak Figma, and sweat micro-copy.
Deep performance-advertising expertiseauction logic, optimization levers, attribution, and troubleshooting. DSP or RTB experience is a plus.
Data-driven decision-maker. Comfortable querying large datasets, debating model metrics, and turning insights into product bets.
Influential communicator. You rally stakeholders across continents and function around a crisp storyand say no gracefully.
Technical fluency. You dont code daily, but you can white-board APIs, ML pipelines, and policy engines.
BSc/BEng in CS, EE, IE, or equivalent. MBA or HCI is a plus.
Excellent English; other languages welcome.
