Role Overview:
As Director of Marketing, you will play a central role in our companys go-to-market strategy. You will own the development of compelling messaging, drive market awareness, and generate pipeline through integrated marketing programs.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to position our company effectively in the market, shorten sales cycles, and support expansion within existing customers.
You will lead a high-performing marketing team while also contributing directly to key initiatives - setting the bar for quality, speed, and storytelling across our companys most important campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute our companys marketing strategy to support brand growth, new logo acquisition, and customer expansion.
Drive demand generation through integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, paid media, social, PR, and partner channels.
Lead field marketing initiatives that support enterprise sales and industry engagement.
Develop compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicate our companys differentiated value.
Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong alignment on pipeline generation, account-based marketing, and sales enablement.
Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI.
Build, mentor, and scale a world-class marketing team across Content, Demand Generation, Community, Partnerships, and more.
Requirements: What do you need to succeed in this role?
8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, preferably in SaaS, AI, or deep-tech companies.
Experience leading a small, high-performing marketing team.
Strong track record in demand generation and pipeline creation.
Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and supporting complex sales cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew or additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot.
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment and able to turn strategy into execution quickly.
