The Quality & Reliability Engineer is responsible for driving product quality, manufacturing excellence, and reliability performance across our products and operations.
Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Service, and R&D teams, this role leads quality and reliability initiatives that improve process capability, manufacturing yields, product robustness, and customer satisfaction through data-driven decision making, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Responsibilities - Quality:
Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement, defect reduction, process stability, and continuous improvement across DMD operations.
Establish and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) and drive process capability analysis using statistical methods and data-driven quality metrics.
Lead root cause investigations utilizing methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, Pareto Analysis, DOE, and FMEA.
Drive NCR, CAPA, and corrective action processes, identify trends, prioritize actions using evidence-based analysis, and verify effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Service, and Customer Support teams to resolve product quality issues, customer complaints, field incidents, and escalations.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality performance, drive supplier corrective actions, and reduce supplier-related quality risks.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments, including evaluation of manufacturing controls, process capability, inspection methods, and process discipline.
Review supplier quality documentation including CoC, CoT, ATR, inspection records, and quality reports to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and effective corrective actions.
Responsibilities - Reliability:
Partner with Engineering and R&D teams to define reliability qualification plans, test strategies, acceptance criteria, and reliability requirements for new and existing products.
Ensure reliability testing programs are properly executed and that test results are systematically reviewed, analyzed, and translated into actionable improvements.
Partner with Service and analyze reliability, field performance, MTBF, and MTTR data to identify trends, emerging risks, and improvement opportunities.
Lead investigations of reliability failures and support identification of physical, mechanical, electrical, optical, material, and process-related failure mechanisms.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Manufacturing Quality, or Product Quality within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Strong hands-on experience with SPC, Process Capability Analysis, DOE, statistical analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action methodologies.
Experience with reliability testing, qualification programs, reliability data analysis, and failure analysis.
Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, or multidiscipline platforms in advanced technology industries. - An advantage

You will work closely with our suppliers and with cross-functional teams including Planning, Material, R&D, Buyers and Finance, ensuring supplier commitments are aligned with our requirements, material shortages are addressed proactively, and deliveries are executed on time.
This is a dynamic, execution-oriented role that requires strong ownership, excellent follow-up capabilities and the ability to manage multiple suppliers, orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
What will you be doing:
Manage purchase orders from requisition through PO approval, supplier confirmation and delivery.
Monitor and control supplier deliveries against commitments and drive suppliers toward 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Manage material shortages in close collaboration with the Planning team, including expediting activities and escalation when required.
Proactively manage past-due orders, driving suppliers to provide updated commitments and recovery plans.
Manage action messages and forecasts with suppliers to maintain alignment with changing demand requirements.
Provide accurate and timely order and delivery information to internal stakeholders, including Material, Planning and R&D.
Manage supplier invoices and payment-related issues in ongoing collaboration with the Finance department.
Prepare and manage weekly procurement reports and KPIs, including supplier OTD, order issuance, invoicing and goods receipt status.
Monitor supplier performance on an ongoing basis, including weekly follow-up of non-conformance reports in collaboration with the relevant Buyers.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, planning, vendor scheduling or a similar operational role.
Strong ability to manage multiple suppliers, purchase orders, priorities and delivery commitments simultaneously.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Previous experience in a global manufacturing or technology company - Advantage
Experience in the semiconductor industry or another complex manufacturing environment - Advantage
Experience working with international suppliers - Advantage
Familiarity with supply-chain and supplier-performance KPIs such as OTD, past-due orders, shortages and supplier commitments - Advantage

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join the Integrated Metrology team, a multidisciplinary group of physicists and engineers working together to implement cutting-edge metrology technologies in the semiconductor industry from a unique and innovative perspective.
The role combines theoretical and experimental system engineering and provides the opportunity to work on advanced multidisciplinary optical measurement products throughout their lifecycle, from customer needs and early development stages through integration, product transfer to manufacturing, and support at customer sites.
Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Perform theoretical and experimental systems engineering to support state-of-the-art new and existing multidisciplinary optical measurement products.
Drive the full system lifecycle, from understanding customer needs through feasibility and concept evaluation, translating them into cross-disciplinary system requirements, while defining and managing system KPIs.
Conduct laboratory and on-site system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, including root-cause analysis, mitigation plans, implementation of robust system calibration methods, and product transfer to manufacturing.
Work closely with multiple disciplines, including physics, optics, algorithms, mechanics, electronics, and software.
Translate customers high-level requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Support system integration, validation, and product maturity throughout the development lifecycle.
Travel to customer sites worldwide approximately 2-3 times per year.

Requirements:
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Engineering, such as Electronics, Electro-Optics, Optics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in multidisciplinary system engineering or an equivalent role.
Hands-on experience with Python and/or MATLAB - must.
Experience working on complex multidisciplinary activities in project and matrix environments, managing parallel tasks and interfaces.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User. Supervise, maintain, and support company systems in the field.
Support OEM partners, and End Users internal service as defined under warranty and service support agreements.
Maintain, support, and guide proper training to all users, including OEM and End User personnel. (Training will be provided, in most cases, by an engineer dedicated to training).
Maintain proper reporting methods for all activities of customer support as defined by the Territory Service Manager/Customer Support Manager.
Lead technical field escalation.
Involved in product evaluations activities at customer site; make sure field and customer needs are well-represented and prioritized during the product roadmap.
Assist in new equipment integration, add-ons, and upgrades.
Provide feedback to the headquarters based on experience gained with customers.
Support the customer beyond the defined working schedule as required.

Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- Must
Minimum 3 years of experience as Support Engineer-Must
Previous experience and familiarity with the semiconductor industry or capital equipment manufacturers-Must
Excellent level of English-both spoken and technical-Must
Working knowledge of integration with different equipment platforms and communication protocols such as SECS/ HSMS
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with independent troubleshooting ability.
First level software troubleshooting and support
Master degree in physics/mechanical engineering or equivalent - advantage
Data analysis capabilities /8D failure analysis/structured problem-solving advantage.
Ability to travel 30% of the time.
Previous experience working with multi-discipline semiconductor metrology equipment preferred.
Understanding of semiconductor practices, safety, ergonomics, and yield requirements
