The Role We're looking for a driven, experienced Sales Director to own the full sales cycle for AppHarbr in the Netherlands. You'll hunt, build relationships, and close strategic deals with leading app studios and publishers. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role at the forefront of mobile advertising, working with diverse technologies, mediations, and ad networks across a truly unique market.
Responsibilities
* Build and grow a strong revenue pipeline by engaging key decision-makers across target verticals
* Deeply understand prospects' business challenges and position AppHarbr as a strategic solution
* Proactively source new opportunities through outbound efforts including email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry events
* Lead, negotiate, and close large-scale strategic deals with a consultative and tailored approach
* Define and execute growth strategies for your portfolio, including prioritization and stakeholder mapping
* Drive thought leadership and position AppHarbr as the trusted leader in in-app ad quality and security
* Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
* Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets, aligned with company goals
Requirements: * 3+ years of AdTech sales experience with a proven track record as a top performer
* Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem including SDKs, ARPU, LTV, DSPs, SSPs, mediation, and data verification
* A genuine hunter mindset, proactive, resilient, and driven to win new business
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
* Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
* Well-connected within the Dutch and broader Benelux app and publisher ecosystem
* Experience with Salesforce and strong analytical skills
* Ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and Leadership
