We are looking for an experienced and driven Telemarketing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, promote our innovative solutions, and drive sales growth in the Israeli market. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential clients
* Present and sell our compny Retails products and services
* Manage the full sales conversation and close deals
* Coordinate meetings for field sales representatives
* Provide guidance and support to new customers
* Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
* Work with CRM systems to manage leads and track activity

Requirements: What Makes You a Great Fit:
* Previous telemarketing / call center experience - mandatory
* Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
* Experience working with targets and KPIs
* High motivation, energy, and results-driven mindset
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and computer tools
* Strong verbal communication skills in Hebrew (English - advantage)
