We are currently looking for an Engagement Manager (m/f/d) to join our talented Service team in Israel. In this role, you will be a key player in steering strategic PLM engagements within the MES & PLM environment. You will ensure that customer relationships remain stable long-term, escalations are managed professionally, and our PLM programs are executed flawlessly - technically, organizationally, and strategically.
You will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest PLM projects in the region, often within regulated environments.
This role can be based in Airport City, Israel. Hybrid working is available, but you must be willing to travel to our customer sites.

Engagement Steering & Customer Success:
Professionally steer large PLM engagements in the MES & PLM environment
Provide hands-on support in complex customer and program situations, finding effective solutions.
Systematically contribute to the development and strengthening of strategic customer relationships.
Commercial Excellence in the Sales Phase:
Play a crucial role in creating precise, professional proposals for our PLM engagements.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Commercial Functions to develop structured, robust, and customer-oriented proposal documents.
Steering Boards & Escalation Management:
Represent the engagement perspective in Steering Boards, providing expert insights.
Actively support in escalations through thorough analysis, effective communication, and clear recommendations for action.
Business Performance & KPIs:
Contribute to transparency in forecasting, pipeline quality, and opportunity assessment.
Support new order reporting for your area of responsibility.

Proven experience in Engagement Management
Strong understanding of PLM programs, ideally in the Aerospace & Defense sector
Experience in managing complex customer relationships and escalations
Pronounced analytical skills, particularly regarding calculation and proposal creation
Ability to clearly structure complex topics and represent them convincingly
Very good English skills in business and technical contexts.
