We are looking for a motivated and talented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. What youll do:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, gradually taking on more responsibilities toward Trial Balance/Balance Sheet.
Perform monthly reconciliations: bank accounts, credit cards, vendors, accruals, and intercompany balances.
Record supplier invoices and oversee the monthly payment run process.
Assist in preparing and filing statutory reports to Israeli authorities (VAT, Income Tax, National Insurance, etc.).
Process Travel & Expense reports and ensure compliance with company policy.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Participate in ad-hoc accounting projects as the company scales.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a high-tech or global company.
Certified Bookkeeper Type 2 or above - Mandatory.
Proactive & Independent: A "head-on" approach to challenges, with a strong desire to learn and master the "up to Balance Sheet" process.
Ownership: A professional who takes full responsibility for their tasks and is eager to grow within the company.
Experience with Israeli tax filings and reporting.
Familiarity with a multi-currency environment.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills and high level of accuracy.
Good written and verbal English.
Nice to have:
Experience with NetSuite - A significant advantage.
Experience working in a global company.
Experience with the implementation or optimization of financial tools.
