We are looking for an experienced IT & IS Department Manager to lead our global IT & IS functions. This role is responsible for all information technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, service delivery, enterprise applications, and digital enablement across the organization. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CFO, and managing a team of ~20 IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
IT Operations & Infrastructure Ownership - Oversee IT daily operations, including network, servers, cloud environments, cybersecurity controls, and communication systems. Lead maintenance, monitoring, patch management, and uptime management across all sites.
IT Governance, Information Security & Compliance - Implement and enforce IT policies, access management practices, disaster recovery procedures, and backup plans. Oversee the external CISO work.
Information Systems & Applications - Oversee the performance, lifecycle and availability of ERP, CRM and other organizational applications. Mange upgrades, integrations and cross-functional digital requirements; Collaborate with companys units to ensure systems meet business needs and support process efficiency.
Project and Vendor Management - Lead infrastructure projects, information systems projects, technical upgrades, cybersecurity improvements, hardware refreshes, and user-technology enhancements. Define scope, timelines, and budgets for IT initiatives; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Manage relationships with technology vendors, integrators, and outsourcing partners.
Leadership & Department Management - Lead and manage the global IT &IS team (approx. 20 employees), including system administrators, IS personnel, programmers, helpdesk, and infrastructure engineers. Define departmental goals, KPIs, procedures, and performance standards.
Requirements: 15 years in IT/IS operations, system administration, or infrastructure roles. At least 5 years of experience managing an IT & IS team or leading cross-functional technology operations.
Experience supporting ERP/CRM environments in a global organization.
B.Sc. in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or additional relevant degrees.
Strong communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders, ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
