This role is all about executional excellence, lead generation, and measurable ROI. Youll be responsible for every detail - from logistics to post-event follow-up, ensuring every event drives business growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end execution of global events - including shows, summits, and customer dinners, across the US and Europe.
Manage all operational and logistical details, such as booth setup, shipping, vendor coordination, registration, and travel arrangements.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define event goals, target audiences, and KPIs that tie directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Drive post-event follow-up processes - ensuring all leads are properly captured, enriched, and handed off to sales for timely follow-up.
Partner with marketing operations to measure event ROI, monitor lead conversion, and optimize future event strategies based on performance insights.
Create detailed event plans and budgets, ensuring flawless execution within timelines and cost constraints.
Coordinate event marketing assets (booth materials, signage, swag, and collateral) to maintain strong brand presence.
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality, reliability, and efficiency across multiple regions.
Represent Mine with professionalism and energy - whether managing logistics on-site or engaging directly with customers and partners.
Stay up to date on industry event trends and opportunities, proposing new formats or markets to expand Mines presence globally.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience managing corporate or B2B events, ideally in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
Proven ability to plan and execute international events in both the US and Europe, including vendor and agency management.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated success in post-event lead capture and follow-up coordination with sales or SDR teams.
Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track event performance.
Excellent budget management, vendor negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
Highly collaborative and proactive, with a can-do attitude and ownership mindset.
Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally as required (up to 30%).
This position is open to all candidates.
