Designing and developing highly usable and scalable new application capabilities and enhancing existing capabilities to meet the needs of our customers 
Developing and debugging product/test code in a distributed platform using C#, Azure, and Power Platform 
Own quality and devops for your code 
Troubleshooting live site issues as part of both product development and live site rotations 
Ensuring high reliability of applications and services through intelligent monitoring and alerting.

Required Principal Security Researcher - MDA Research

Responsibilities
Research and develop detection methods for new and advanced attack techniques -from exploits to implants. Build end-to-end PoCs, from offensive testing to scalable detection, across all our cloud and identity platforms.
Stay up to date on the latest attack trends and build strong detections across the kill chaincovering agentic AI & LLM threats, cloud and identity-based attacks.
Collaborate with multiple product and engineering teams to design the next iteration of security products, implement detection ideas and validate their effectiveness using a data-driven approach.
Collaborate with data science teams to drive ML based protections, understand, and identify detection gaps, capabilities, assumptions, and improvements.

Leads partner teams and resources, and fosters lasting relationships that activate co-selling strategies and drive partner attach to each opportunity through every stage in the sales lifecycle. Leads partner organization connections (i.e. GPS) that lead to enduring relationships, shared gains, partner health and alignment with execution plans to accelerate customer value realization at scale.
Assesses and qualifies sales opportunities following sales frameworks and guidelines, ensuring alignment with AI-enhanced sales methodologies and best practices. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to support and manage customer relationships. Youll help customers get the most out of OneAIs platform, keep an eye on their KPIs, and work with them to solve problems or explore new use cases. Internally, youll share what youre hearing with the Product, Research, and Management teams so we can keep improving.

This role is hands-on, and were looking for someone whos comfortable with a mix of customer-facing and internal work, and who enjoys helping others succeed.

What Youll Do:
Build and maintain working relationships with assigned customers
Support onboarding and integration of OneAIs platform.
Track customer KPIs and help make sure goals are on track.
Learn about customer use cases and help them get the most out of the product.
