Global Controlling Manager

Key Accountabilities
? Establish, manage and enforce policies, processes and activities for Controlling operations globally to ensure compliance accuracy, taking into consideration requirements across all countries and driving global consistency.
? Manage Regional Controlling Managers to ensure monthly, quarterly, annual close processes and country-level statutory reporting.
? Lead the regional statutory reporting teams and oversee all accounting external financial reporting matters, ensuring timely and accurate report preparation and compliance with local accounting regulations
? Maintain own Controller document database including standard chart of accounts, master data, policy manual, reporting instructions, templates, etc.
? Work with Global Tax Global Treasury teams to align local and global tax reporting requirement
Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education
The ideal candidate will have the following set of experiences and skills:
? 10-15 years of experience leading accounting in a global company with hands on experience in operational finance
? Experience with accounting processes at business operational level (not just HQ)
? Experience leading large finance change projects, an advantage.
? Experience leading global multi-location teams of significant size with complex hierarchies.
? Experience in a top auditing firm
? Experience and familiarity working with large global ERP systems
? Fluent English and Hebrew
Education Certifications
? Bachelors degree in accounting
? Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
