We are seeking a talented Systems Analyst/PMO to join our team to support the internal implementation of a core system salesforce. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including process mapping, requirement gathering, feedback provision to internal teams and external vendors, and managing the professional and project aspects of the project in collaboration with the organizations CIO and other stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation and go-live. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead process mapping, requirements definition, and gap analysis across departments.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications for implementation.
* Coordinate vendor and internal teams for project delivery.
* Monitor processes, collaborate with management, and drive project milestones.
* Oversee salesforce implementation, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
* Produce project documentation (plans, Gantt charts, status reports, specs, testing).
* Schedule meetings, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
* Act as primary liaison between the organization and vendor.
* Manage data migration and improvements.
Requirements: Requirements:
* 3+ years hands-on salesforce experience.
* Project management and salesforce certifications.
* Familiarity with Non-Profit and Grantmaking modules in salesforce (advantage).
* Experience in requirements gathering, system implementations, and user support.
* 3+ years project management experience with task tracking, documentation, and reporting.
* Proven ability to manage matrixed teams.
* Experience working with tight deadlines and system integrations. Personal Skills:
