Responsibilities:

Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures.

Prepare ongoing bank reconciliations.

Manage accounts receivable processes: order opening, invoicing, billing, collections, and aging analysis.

Handle VAT and other governmental reporting, including recording vat invoices and prepare balance reconciliations.

Prepare business cash flow analysis.

Provide analysis reports of subcontractors.

Document SOX samples.

Prepare semi-annual Odfot reports.

Prepare Commissions to 3rd party analysis.

Required Junior Finance Specialist

The Junior Finance Specialist is tasked with conducting the financial activities that enable and support merchant settlements. The Finance Specialist is a full-time position reporting to the Finance Team Leader.
Main Responsibilities
Analyzing, on a weekly basis, financial activities of our clients to ensure correct and timely settlements.
Preparing financial statements to maintain cash controls of the merchants.
Preparing payment documents and monitoring clients processing and payments.
Reporting and providing regular updates to the Finance Team Leader and/or CFO.

The ideal candidate is analytical, motivated, resourceful, and eager to deep dive into data and gain insights. You will have significant autonomy, so were looking for good judgment and experience working cross-functionally and at all levels.

- Planning: Support the development of the territorys annual operating plan, budgeting, forecasting, and review.
- Pricing: Support Community Managers with building pricing, analyzing deal margins, and assisting leadership in decision-making.
- Reporting: Deliver timely reporting of financials and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analytics: Perform asset-specific analyses (e.g. asset performance reviews, underwriting, portfolio optimization, pricing) to drive improvements.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis and identify market trends.
- Business Intelligence: Build dashboards and create a single source of truth.
- Business Reviews: Prepare data for monthly reviews and quarterly reporting to leadership.
- Leadership: Live and model mission and values at all times

we are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Controller to join our finance team.

In this role, your responsibilities will Include, but wont be limited to:
-Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
-Prepare annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements.
-Support the monthly and quarterly closing process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
-Prepare monthly internal financial reports and dashboards for management review.
-Work closely with the bookkeepers to ensure the accuracy of ongoing accounting matters.
-Collaborate with external auditors and consultants.
-Support the consolidation process of multiple entities.
-Monitor compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
-Support ongoing finance operations, special projects, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
