Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Interacts on a daily basis with the Companys internal departments to facilitate the highest possible standard of legal support to attorneys, including Records and Ethics
IT (technology support issues)
Accounting (preparing check requests, managing expenses, and processing third party and vendor invoices)
Central Services (managing mail and other delivery services)
Reception and Conference Center/Catering (scheduling and arranging meetings and
accommodations)
Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements in accordance with Companys travel policy
Handle Outlook calendar maintenance
Responsible for reception and ordering office supplies
Coordinates premises upkeep and furniture/appliance repairs
Document Preparation: Uses Company software to prepare, revise, format and finalize a wide variety of documents
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with office equipment, including computers, scanners, postage machines and photocopiers.
Relevant expertise in a Professional Services or corporate environment helpful but not required.
Must possess superior digital proficiency Microsoft Suite of Products (Email, Word, and Excel) as well as Nuance with a commitment to technological growth.
Must multitask and prioritize a demanding workflow in a deadline driven environment.
Must effectively communicate with others by obtaining and sharing information responsibly and in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
Must exhibit personal accountability, dependability, attentiveness to detail and a disciplined and conscientious approach to completing assignments.
Must apply critical thinking and sound judgment to solve problems.
