We are looking for a Division PMO to support the Project Director or Engineering Manager in managing project activities. The PMO will establish, maintain, and optimize project management standards, tools, and best practices across division projects. This role ensures engineering and management activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PM frameworks and processes
Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and resource management
Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with standards
Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment
Create templates for charters, plans, reports, and change management
Coordinate across projects
Identify risks and propose corrective actions
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial and management engineering.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred; PgMP, PMI-RMP, or PRINCE2
certifications are a plus.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in engineering, construction management,
or Owners Engineer roles.
Knowledge schedule and planner software's (MS- project, Primavera etc.)
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and across cultures.
Fluent in Hebrew and English
