Research materials and production methods like sheet metal fabrication and plastic injection molding.
Hardware Software Integration-
Collaborate with our HW, Electronics and software platforms to physically integrate LED indicators, smart sensors, and controller cards into your mechanical designs.
Learn how our physical ports communicate with our Universal Intelligent Infrastructure Management (UIIM) software, XpedITe
Cabling Standards Hardware QA
Receive structured training on global fiber-optic (LC, MPO/MTP) and copper cabling standards.
Set up testing environments and run physical Quality Assurance tests
Requirements: What We Are Looking For:
Your Background-
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 5 years of experience. We also highly welcome fresh graduates who have strong hands-on project portfolios or practical internship experience.
Decent familiarity with 3D CAD modeling tools (like SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor).
Graphic design skills/orientation - an advantage
Your Mindset-
High curiosity to learn things outside traditional mechanical engineering, such as electronics, fiber optics, and software workflows.
A hands-on, practical problem-solver who enjoys building prototypes, testing physical parts, and troubleshooting.
Strong team player with good communication skills to collaborate with our diverse engineering teams.
