As a Talent Operations Partner, you will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR related matters, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Support all stages of the employee lifecycle by managing HR support and administration, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, benefits, and payroll operations.
Plan and implement employee welfare and engagement activities to promote an enjoyable and motivating workplace environment.
Maintain accurate and up to date employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, and effectively communicate relevant requirements to stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including forms, reports, and employee records.
Manage benefits enrollment processes and respond to related employee inquiries.
Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed.
Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of HR policies.
Requirements: Experienced in managing end to end HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
Highly organized and efficient, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines in dynamic high pace environments.
Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working in dynamic, global, fast-paced settings.
Proficient in HRIS platforms and a wide range of software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proven experience delivering HR support in large scale international environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to read people dynamics and anticipate employee needs through observation, listening, and interpersonal sensitivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and in English.
