Were looking for an experienced data-driven Mobile User Acquisition Manager, who is passionate about investing, to own the paid media strategy and execution across paid performance channels including but not limited to search, social and native for our investment subscription products.
What You'll Do:
Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing KPI targets, considering audience, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Execution: Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
Budget: Manage and optimize budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve results in line with ROI expectations
Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance KPIs, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Knowledge Base: Stay abreast of updates and changes in platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social, etc.) and implement best practices to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, CRO and design, to ensure integrated and cohesive digital marketing strategies.
Testing: Implement and manage a practice of testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for CAC efficiency and driving paid acquisition ARR targets.
Requirements: Proven experience running Apple searched ads - MUST.
3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success running mobile app acquisition campaigns.
Experience in the investing industry.
In-depth knowledge of app marketing channels, including paid social including Facebook, Google ect.
Strong analytical skills and experience with app data analysis tools such as Appsflyer, Singular, etc.
Detail-oriented, "can do" attitude, and passionate about growth in a fast paced environment.
A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual that is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projects.
Native English - a must.
