As Financial Controller, you will oversee financial operations in Israel, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while partnering with teams across the organization. What You'll Do:
Own the Monthly Close (MEC) Collaborate with external bookkeepers and ensure accurate, real-time financial reporting.
Drive Payroll Excellence Partner with external payroll controllers to optimize payroll operations.
Lead Financial Consolidation Prepare and coordinate monthly financial statements for global consolidation.
Ensure Compliance & Tax Efficiency Oversee the annual Israel statutory audit and tax return process, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Optimize AP & Vendor Management Manage vendor payments and ensure timely processing for seamless business operations.
Manage AR & Invoicing Handle invoicing processes for the Israel entity, improving efficiency and accuracy.
Lead Process Improvement & AI-Driven Automation Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations through automation, AI-powered tools, and improved workflows.

What will your job look like?
Drive Strategic Analysis: Assist senior management in tackling most challenging strategic issues.
Data-driven insights: Analyze internal and external data sources to extract powerful insights, identify strategic alternatives, and devise detailed implementation plans.
Innovative Problem Solving: Find creative solutions to synthesize insights and address complex business problems.
In-depth research: Conduct comprehensive research on market dynamics, value chain analysis, key industry and technology trends, major players and competitors, and financial projections.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work with cross-company strategic thinking programs, collaborating with both internal and external experts

The FP&A Director, main responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Supervising the FP&A team in the facilitation of the day-to-day operations.

Preparing a detailed yearly budget.

Providing monthly and quarterly forecasts.

Providing financial support to all deal cycles from deal initiation to final contract, including financial model (P&L, cash flow, tax, etc.).

Interpreting complex financial information and providing updates as required.

Implementing and maintaining financial systems in accordance with the group guidelines.

Work with senior leadership to understand and address process challenges & identify opportunities for improvement.

Build strong relationships across functions within the company, work closely with various functions (Accounting, HR, etc.).
