We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design from day one, shaping, validating, and crafting a product that users love, advocate, and pay for. You will function as the first designer in a startup, wearing multiple hats, taking initiative, and balancing creativity with practicality.
What Youll Do
Lead the full design process from discovery and concept validation to polished UX and UI.
Design Product Led Growth (PLG)-driven experiences that boost activation, retention, and monetization.
Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Engineering to define and iterate on the user journey.
Use data, research, and experimentation to validate and optimize design decisions.
Build and maintain a consistent, scalable visual language across the product.
Work with Marketing to create in-product experiences that support growth goals.
Leverage AI tools throughout your workflow to design, validate, and ship faster.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience designing SaaS B2B that excel in PLG products.
Strong product thinking and the ability to connect user needs with business goals.
Excellent UX and visual design skills with attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial mindset, flexible, pragmatic, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
A collaborative team player with fluent English.
Nice to Have
Experience in consumer SaaS, complex products, or startup environments.
Familiarity with growth marketing, activation funnels, or conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience with analytics or experimentation tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude.
Experience using or designing with AI-driven tools.
