As a Senior Manager, Strategic Projects Core Initiatives, you will own delivery of global strategic, internally focused initiatives that require collaboration across Sales, Product, R&D, Enablement, and Support. You will ensure structured execution of internal projects including Sales Kickoff events, cross functional sales operations projects, strategic supply partnerships, new product rollouts, and more.

Lead planning and coordination for global SKO, working with Enablement, PMM, Product and Sales Leadership.
Manage rollout of new global sales metrics, definitions, and measurement cadence
Track and manage execution dependencies for product launches.
Own delivery timeline adherence and cross-functional alignment.
Collaborate with Enablement to structure learning paths aligned to launches.
Partner with Rev Ops on impact measurement for each initiative.
Provide ongoing status reporting to VP of Sales Ops.
Support CRO Forum projects from scoping through execution.
Develop global process templates and intake forms.
Serve as point of contact for global project updates and status syncs.
Track execution of change management across markets.
Ensure local teams are supported with project context and collateral.
Requirements: 7+ years of project or program management.
Experience leading cross-functional work across global teams.
Strong understanding of GTM planning and sales support processes.
Familiarity with CRM and performance tracking infrastructure.
Detail-oriented with high ownership of execution outcomes.
Experience working in AdTech, SaaS, or complex tech organizations.
