We’re looking for a Social PPC Campaign Manager to take charge of high-impact campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube , and Reddit . * Plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including thought leadership, remarketing, and audience engagement.
* Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and AI-driven strategies to enhance campaign precision and effectiveness.
* Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI maximization.
* Create and refine audience targeting strategies using first-party data, lookalike audiences, and intent-based targeting.
* Collaborate with content marketing, sales, and design teams to align campaign messaging with broader marketing objectives.
* Analyze key performance metrics, including MQLs and SQLs, to generate actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
* Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot ) and CRM tools ( Salesforce ) to track performance, measure attribution, and optimize conversions.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continuously testing and implementing new ad formats and strategies.
Requirements: Requirements:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social PPC campaigns in an agency or tech company.
* Proven ability to scale campaigns, ideally in B2B or SaaS environments.
* Strong understanding of tracking infrastructure, including pixel/CAPI setups and offline conversion tracking.
* Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, experimentation, and iteration.
* Experience building campaigns from scratch, including creative strategy and audience segmentation.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with design, content, and product teams.
* Comfortable leveraging AI tools to create and scale ad creatives.
* Analytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions. Preferred Qualifications:
* Hands-on experience running LinkedIn Ads Big Advantage
