? What youll do:
Provide end-to-end coordination support to the recruitment process
Schedule interviews, send confirmations, and update ATS systems
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process
Coordinate candidate travel and handle expense reimbursements
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams
Manage job requisitions, approvals, and documentation
Support offer letters and onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience

1-3 years of experience in HR / recruitment coordination - preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook)
