Responsibilities:
Lead the procurement process for new product introductions (NPI), ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
Implement product changes and manage the impact on the supply chain.
Analyze and manage the total cost of ownership for all supply chain activities.
Implement and monitor supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Address and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
Manage risks and develop contingency plans to address potential supply chain disruptions.
Ensure all changes are documented and communicated effectively.
Evaluate cost, quality, and delivery terms to make informed decisions.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Develop and maintain relationships with local and global suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Requirements: Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 4 years
Strong understanding of global supply chain dynamics and standard processes.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
