we are looking for a CTO Integrator.
The CTO Integrator plays a key role in planning, building, and conducting tests of jigs for experiments. This position involves designing, building, and integrating test systems to ensure experiments meet their required specifications and physical phenomena.
Responsibilities:
Jig Construction and Testing: Build and integrate jigs, then conduct tests to ensure they function as required.
Test Design: Design and develop tests for experiments in a research and development environment.
Simulation Verification: Ensure that test jigs simulate the necessary physical phenomena for accurate testing.
Technology Assessment: Examine new technologies, run tests, and analyze data for potential integration.
Collaboration with Researchers: Work closely with researchers to ensure test systems align with experimental needs.

we are looking for a System Operator.
The System Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Digital Casting production systems in an R&D environment, working in an industrial setting under the supervision of a process engineer. The role involves working in 3 shifts: morning, evening, and night.
Responsibilities:
Machine Setup: Assemble tools and load raw materials into machines, preparing them for operation.
Calibration: Perform required calibrations to ensure proper machine functioning.
Process Monitoring: Check and input process parameters and other production data.
Equipment Operation: Operate equipment for material handling and the computerized process.
System Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on operational equipment, ensuring optimal system performance.
Data Recording: Record process-related data in an organized manner for accurate tracking.
Quality Inspections: Perform visual inspections of quality and quantity, making adjustments to resolve issues under supervision.
System Cleanup: Disassemble cast parts and clean the system after processing at the end of each shift.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety requirements and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Inventory Management: Maintain and manage inventory of materials and tools.

we are looking for a QC Engineer.
The Ceramic QC Lab role is responsible for operating a quality assurance lab based on existing testing systems and developing new testing methodologies. This role requires learning and applying QC testing methods, working independently to solve ceramic-related problems, maintaining attention to detail, and finding methodologies for conducting various tests.
Responsibilities:
Conduct QA Tests on Raw Materials: Perform QA tests on incoming raw materials and during their storage period, especially for materials with long storage times.
Monitor Ceramic Quality: Conduct QC tests to monitor ceramic quality throughout preparation, mixing, and printing stages.
Data Reporting: Input results to engineers at workstations and maintain direct communication to ensure consistency between measurement results and observed results in the field.
Improve Testing Methodologies: Continuously learn and enhance testing methods to refine results, ensuring up-to-date status analysis that matches results from different workstations.
Develop and Operate Monitoring Systems: Establish and operate a monitoring system for ceramic quality, accounting for calendar, process changes, equipment changes, and quality correlations between raw materials and batch variations.
Receive guidance from the Chemistry and Process teams to support QC methods.
Create Efficient QC Systems: Develop additional methods for an efficient QC system that provides an up-to-date quality status for ceramics, enabling troubleshooting without halting the process or workstations (e.g., material correction, refreshing, and adjusting working conditions to align material quality with the process).
