:About the Role
We are looking for an engineer to support technical compliance and certification projects for electronic and radio products.
The role focuses on analyzing products against international standards (CE / FCC / IEC / ETSI) and defining correct testing strategies and certification paths.
.This is a technical engineering role, not a QA position.

:Key Responsibilities
Interpret and analyze international regulatory standards and regulatory directive requirements
Determine applicability of standards to specific products and configurations
Review manufacturer technical documentation and assess compliance readiness
Identify data gaps and define required additional tests or documentation
Define correct sample configuration and testing setup based on customer, standard, and company requirements
Support and guide laboratories during TEST execution
Evaluate TEST results and determine compliance status
Assess whether technical data is sufficient or insufficient for certification
Provide clear technical guidance to manufacturers and internal teams
Support regulatory projects with partial project management involvement

*The position will begin with an initial adaptation period (up to approximately 4 weeks) on an hourly basis, allowing both sides to evaluate professional fit and integration.

Candidates whose background is primarily software QA or manual testing without engineering or regulatory experience may not be suitable.

Requirements: :Required Qualifications
Strong technical background in engineering
Practical experience working directly with international regulatory standards
Ability to read, interpret, and apply standards independently and accurately
Experience reviewing technical documentation and TEST reports
High-level technical English
Strong analytical skills and structured working approach

Relevant engineering degree (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering)
Experience in TEST laboratories or certification bodies
Familiarity with international compliance schemes (FCC, IC, CE, CB, UL, etc.)
Background in RF, radio equipment, EMC or ITE products
