Provide Help desk support to users, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensuring an efficient IT experience within the organization. Full-time position On-site (Modi'in)
Perform onboarding for new employees: create user accounts, assign licenses, configure devices, enforce MFA, and ensure access to relevant systems and applications
Execute offboarding procedures: disable accounts, revoke access, archive mailboxes and data, and wipe corporate devices via Intune when applicable
Support hybrid environment (cloud + on-premises)
Monitor system performance and maintain systems as per requirements
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve outages
Upgrade systems with new releases and hardware models
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Maintain an internal wiki with technical documentation
Requirements: Strong knowledge of 365/Microsoft environment management and system troubleshooting
Proficiency in supporting end-user devices and remote connectivity
Ability to document processes and maintain compliance with IT policies
Knowledge in firewall and network - must!
