Your ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts in English and build strong relationships with stakeholders will be just as important as your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Integrate NLP and ASR (Speech-to-Text) models into production systems with a focus on performance and reliability.
Collaborate closely with ML researchers and engineers to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven features.
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to clients during integration and post-deployment phases.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP, ASR, and AI infrastructure to inform solution design and innovation.
Requirements: Lets Talk about who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, information technology, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written essential for client engagement and internal collaboration.
Basic Development capabilities (C# / Java / Python).
Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated customer-first mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships.
Creative problem-solving abilities with a track record of thinking outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
