The Embedded control team develop SW products that create the basic building blocks of the SolarEdge system and deal with various fields - power conversion algorithmic, communication algorithmic, optimizations, rt problems on different platforms - DSPs, Companys ASIC and digital controlled power converters for photo-voltaic power systems. Our technological challenges focus on the following fields: power electronics, digital close loop control and Digital Signal Processing algorithms implemented on companys microprocessors. In this position, you will take part in developing advanced control algorithms and software for SolarEdges state-of-the-art products. What you will be doing:
* Learning the different aspects of our products by developing features in various areas and disciplines - power electronics, control theory, DSP, and communication over different platforms.
* Design, develop, optimize, TEST and maintain complex Embedded SW for power electronics and control systems in a multi processors environment.
* Develop software for various micro-controllers and coping with various rt constraints.
* Involvement in projects / products from end to end - from concept and simulation, through development and integration and field deployment.
* Building complex simulations integrating SW and HW and working hand by hand with HW team.
* Interface with and support Hardware teams in testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting throughout the development cycle. This role requires an understanding of power conversion, Embedded systems, and Real-Time control algorithms.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Hardware Engineer specializing in Failure Analysis and Design Review. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog circuit design (preferably power electronics) and digital circuits, combined with extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting and root cause analysis. What are we looking for?
An NPI Engineer that will join our growing production team and build the position and process from scratch. This is a first time position of NPI in our company, so you will have great responsibility to build the field.

In this role you will be responsible to model, analysis and estimate power consumption of daily use cases on our next generation SoCs. Drive new ideas into micro-architecture, design and circuits to reduce SoC power across the dynamic range. Drive budgeting, measurement and analysis of overall SoC power for many use cases of interest. You Will work extensively with many teams across every stage of the project from Architectural definition through Design implementation and SW management to focus on power optimization.
To be successful in this role, you must have keen interest and motivativation to deliver best experience to our users, and wide perspective in order to work simultaneously on multiple disciplines. This role is required working closely with many cross-functional teams and good understanding of hardware and software interaction at system level.

We are looking for a Hardware Engineer/ Senior Hardware Engineer II (Multiple Roles) - Azure Core.
Responsibilities
Own and lead the development of complicated hardware units and test environments, based on deep understanding of customer requirements, functionality, and system architecture. 
Design and implement RTL in System Verilog, and VIP, test benches, and verification infrastructure in System Verilog UVM. 
Develop and execute test/coverage plans to verify hardware designs and reach cloud-grade quality. 
Interact with software developers and system-validation platforms, as part of the verification/validation flow.  
Oversee and train junior engineers and take leadership roles on large projects. 
Occasional on-call responsibilities for resolving customer issues in production.
