Responsibilities:
Produce compelling ad creativesboth static and videousing a mix of AI tools and traditional software.
Write, test, and iterate high-converting ad copy tailored to performance objectives.
Analyze creative performance data and implement optimizations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Media Buying, Product, etc.) to align creative strategy with campaign goals.
Research audience behavior, market trends, and competitor creatives.
Requirements: Native-level English fluency (verbal and written) - a must.
Copywriting school graduate or have proven experience in writing for performance marketing a must
Strong prompting skills for AI image/video/text generation tools - a must
A natural storyteller with an understanding of American tone and consumer behavior.
Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.
Bonus Skills:
Proficiency in Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
Basic video editing capabilities.
