In this role, youll be responsible for developing, testing, and scaling high-performing creatives across paid social channelsbringing together art, data, and innovation to deliver impactful campaigns that drive growth. Youll work closely with designers, editors, and marketers to craft compelling visuals and narratives that resonate with audiences and elevate Yves Rochers presence across global markets.
Responsibilities
Develop high-performing, direct response creatives for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
Work closely with designers, editors, and writers to deliver engaging visuals and compelling copy.
Lead the end-to-end process: from creative concept to execution, iteration, and performance analysis.
Experiment, test, and implement new formats, angles, and creative strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance using data insights.
Build scalable, automated creative systems with performance top of mind.
Stay on top of AI tools, platform trends, and audience behavior to keep our creative edge sharp.
Requirements:  2+ years of experience in performance-focused creative roles (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of Direct Response (DR) marketing and paid acquisition funnels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
Proficiency in working with Meta, TikTok, and/or YouTube ad platforms.
Hands-on experience in creative production (copy, video, or graphic design  an advantage).
Self-starter, curious, and comfortable working in fast-changing environments.
Native-level English fluency (written & spoken).
