We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide a high level of administrative and operational support in a fast pace and global environment for our Core R&D department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides administrative and operational assistance to our Core Development Lead.
* General and confidential secretarial/clerical/administrative duties.
* Maintaining calendar, including scheduling of international and domestic travels.
* Oversee external and internal company processes like year end, learning and development and R&D project reporting.
* Assisting with arranging employer brand activities like meetups, hackathons etc.
* Assisting with creating townhall decks.
* Responsibility of internal group communication.
* Support employee onboarding.
* Arranging team / welfare activities.
* Responsibility for purchase orders and suppliers.
* Supporting employees with HR and technical related issues.
Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree.
* Proficient in English - written & verbal.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant at a global corporation, Hi-tech preferred.
* Advanced computer skills using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with ERP systems - purchase orders.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew.
* Service-oriented, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle and prioritize a large number of simultaneous assignments.
* Extraordinary attention to detail.
* Strong team player and “Can do” attitude.
