Your Mission
As our VP HR & Organizational Development, you'll be instrumental in shaping our culture, attracting top talent, fostering a thriving work environment, empowering our team to reach their full potential and making sure we stick to what is important.

What You'll Do
Strategic HR & OD Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR and Organizational Development strategy that supports our business objectives, growth, and unique culture. This includes designing and implementing organizational structures, processes, and systems that enhance overall effectiveness and adapt to market and technological shifts.
AI Adaptation & Workforce Transformation: Lead the charge in assessing and enhancing the company's AI readiness from both a skills and organizational perspective. You will create and implement innovative learning and performance frameworks that facilitate AI adaptation across the entire organization and tailor individual development pathways to leverage AI capabilities. You'll identify skills gaps and proactively design programs to upskill and reskill our talent for AI-driven roles and workflows, ensuring our teams are equipped for the future of work.
Requirements: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role covering both generalist HR functions and dedicated Organizational Development responsibilities.
Significant experience within a fast-paced tech or SaaS company.
Significant experience in working with C-levels.
English exceptional Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to connect and train diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders on HR, OD, and AI topics.
AI Enthusiast & Strategist: You possess a strong understanding of AI's impact on the future of work and are passionate about leveraging it to enhance human capabilities and organizational effectiveness. You have a proven ability to strategically integrate technology into HR and OD practices and a track record of driving organizational change around new technologies.
Strategic Thinker & OD Expert: You understand the bigger picture and can translate business goals into actionable HR and OD strategies. You have hands-on experience in organizational design, change management, creating learning plan and fostering a learning organization that is ready for continuous evolution.
Proven Manager Trainer: You have demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs specifically for managers and leaders, with a strong focus on leadership development, coaching, performance management, and effective team leadership.
