We are looking for a FP&A, Data & AI Analyst to help build the data foundation for an AI-enabled FP&A function .
This is not a traditional FP&A role.
This role will focus on building and maintaining the finance data infrastructure that powers forecasting, revenue analysis, collections visibility, gross margin insights, and executive decision-making.
You will work across multiple systems and data sources, helping create a reliable single source of truth for finance and business performance. Over time, this role will also support the creation of structured AI workflows and analytical routines that make our finance function faster, smarter, and more scalable.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Finance Data Infrastructure & System Connectivity
Maintain and improve recurring data flows across our core systems (ERP, CRM, operational systems, and manual finance sources)
Extract, reconcile, and normalize data from multiple business and finance data sources
Build and maintain clean, reliable datasets that support finance reporting and business analysis
Help establish a structured finance data layer / semantic layer across key metrics
Reporting, Forecasting & KPI Enablement
Build recurring datasets and logic for:
Revenue reporting
Bookings / pipeline tracking
Invoicing and collections
Gross margin analysis
Renewal / retention views
Forecast vs. actual analysis
Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting
Help improve visibility into business performance through scalable reporting structures rather than manual ad hoc work
Metric Definition & Data Governance
Help define and document core business and finance KPIs
Maintain consistency across definitions such as bookings, revenue, collections, gross margin, retention, and forecasting metrics
Identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and reconciliation gaps
Work with finance and operations leadership to improve data discipline across the organization
Automation & AI-Enabled Finance Workflows
Help structure finance datasets so they can be used by AI-driven workflows and recurring analytical routines
Support the design of repeatable workflows for:
Variance analysis
Collections prioritization
Revenue bridge analysis
Forecast refreshes
Gross margin monitoring
Contribute to building a more AI-native finance operating model over time
Business Partnership
Work closely with the COO, Finance leadership, and cross-functional teams
Turn business questions into structured data models and repeatable analyses
Support leadership with fast, accurate, decision-oriented insights
Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in a finance-heavy environment in one or more of the following: FP&A, Financial analysis, Revenue operations / business operations, Finance systems / business intelligence or Data Analyst
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with multiple data sources and reconciling messy or imperfect datasets
Solid understanding of finance and business performance metrics
Ability to connect data outputs to business decisions
Experience working with ERP / CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
