We are looking for a GTM Initiatives Specialist to join our GotoMarket & Enablement organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading crossfunctional initiatives, driving GTM campaigns, owning timelines and deliverables, and helping teams move faster and stay aligned. You will develop clear internal updates, track GTM program KPIs, and help execute initiatives that drive awareness, alignment, and measurable impact across the revenue organization.
You will work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and GTM leadership to clarify priorities, support communication for key programs, and ensure GTM initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of GTM campaigns and initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Drive timelines, deliverables, and crossfunctional alignment to ensure successful and ontime campaign execution
Develop internal GTM updates, newsletters, and announcements that support visibility and alignment
Track KPIs and performance metrics for GTM campaigns and programs, and report key insights to stakeholders
Maintain and continuously improve GTM content hubs (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and ease of use
Partner with teams to gather inputs, validate messaging, and prepare materials that support GTM readiness
Create or refine basic enablement and communication assets related to GTM programs
Identify gaps in processes and help implement improvements that streamline GTM workflows and communication.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience leading GTM initiatives, including campaigns, communications, marketing, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a similar go-to-market function.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop clear, concise updates that support business priorities
Proven ability to lead coordinated projects, drive timelines, and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
Experience tracking KPIs, program performance, or campaign outcomes
Proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for execution and impact.
