Responsibilities
Roadmap Contribution - Shape and prioritize Sends product roadmap using customer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Feature Leadership - Lead development of advanced automation: predictive segmentation, custom events, lifecycle pipelines.
CDP & CRM Expansion - Enhance Sends data platform with custom fields, event ingestion, and enrichment workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Align engineering, design, marketing, CS, and partners for smooth, high-quality releases.
Customer & Market Research - Drive user interviews, data analyses, and benchmarks to validate product direction.
Metrics & Performance - Define and monitor KPIs (activation, retention, CSat, ARR growth) and iterate based on real-time data.
Go-To-Market Support - Enable marketing and partnerships with launch plans, sales collateral, and success dashboards.
Quality Advocacy - Organize bug bashes, enforce QA standards, and lead post-release retrospectives.
Requirements: 5+ years in SaaS product management, shipping customer-facing features and driving adoption
Deep expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, and customer data platforms
Strong analytical skills; fluent with data tools and experimentation frameworks
Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
Proven problem-solver with strategic vision and a bias for action
Nice-to-Haves
Experience integrating with page or form builder tools
Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem and web technologies
Background in AI-powered or data-driven product features
