A student position at a digital marketing agency, designed for individuals looking to break into the worlds of digital marketing, performance marketing, and data through hands-on experience with advertising platforms, analytics tools, and AI technologies. The role includes independent work, exposure to leading media platforms, analytical tasks, and collaboration with campaign teams managing clients and budgets across a variety of industries. We’re looking for curious, detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical thinking skills, who are fast learners, capable of working independently, and attentive to the smallest details.
Responsibilities:
* Build and update campaigns based on structures defined by Campaign Managers.
* Upload ads across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and DV360 platforms.
* Write Google Search ads and create ad extensions.
* Perform ongoing QA and quality control checks on campaigns, ads, and data.
* Analyze data and generate reports from various analytics and advertising systems.
* Conduct competitor research and keyword research.
Requirements: * Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, and data.
* High operational skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work with data.
* Ability to learn independently and work autonomously.
* Basic proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data, summaries, and reports.
* High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Ability to perform repetitive and manual tasks accurately, consistently, and responsibly.
* Technological mindset with interest in AI and automation tools.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Native-level Hebrew – mandatory, for ongoing work with Israeli clients and within a fully Hebrew-speaking work environment.
