Were looking for a Multi-Brand Social Growth & Community Manager (B2C) to build, scale, and operate the social presence, communities, and growth engines of multiple consumer brands across global markets.
This is not a standard social media role.
It is not about managing one brand page, one geography, or one content calendar. This is a RARE opportunity to shape social strategy, community infrastructure, creator programs, and scalable growth systems across multiple B2C products, multiple platforms, and multiple audience segments inside a unique organisation.
The right person for this role lives and breathes social. They understand internet culture, creator ecosystems, platform behaviour, community psychology, and the technologies that power modern social operations. They think like a builder, act like an owner, and know how to take something from 0 to X with real proof to show for it.
What will you be doing all day:
Build and grow social media communities across multiple B2C brands and platforms
Own the social & community engine end-to-end: strategy, content, publishing, engagement, and optimization
Develop and execute global social, influencer, and creator strategies across different markets and audiences
Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand, product, and business goals
Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, creators, ambassadors, and partners
Build scalable playbooks, frameworks, and workflows across multiple brands
Spot trends and turn them into relevant, high-impact content opportunities
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams
Analyze performance and continuously optimize for growth, engagement, and impact
Use AI and modern tools to improve content creation, workflows, and insights
Monitor conversations, sentiment, and risks, and act quickly when needed
Requirements: Has 5+ years of hands-on experience growing social channels for B2C or consumer brands
Has built something from 0→scale (account, community, creator program, content engine, etc.)
Deeply understands major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X, Facebook) and how they really work
Lives and breathes online culture, creators, and community dynamics
Is equally strong in strategy and execution - can plan, create, publish, and optimize hands-on
Has a builder mindset: fast, independent, and comfortable creating structure from scratch
Communicates clearly in English and works well across teams in fast-moving environments
Knows how to create content (static + video) using tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, and AI tools
Understands influencer marketing, UGC, community growth, and creator ecosystems
Is data-driven and uses insights to constantly improve performance
Has experience working across multiple brands, markets, or stakeholders (agency or in-house)
