We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities within the engineering and simulation software market. As a high-impact hunter, you'll dedicate 75% of your focus to generating new business and pipeline, while allocating 25% of your time to revenue expansion within small and medium-sized business (SMB) accounts.
You'll act as a bridge between complex technical engineering requirements and business outcomes, ensuring that outreach is aligned, accurate, and effective.
You will be working three days per week in our Yokneam office and two days remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation (75%)
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities to build and increase the sales pipeline, navigating complex organizational structures to reach key decision-makers
Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach campaigns across multiple channels (cold calling, social selling, email, and networking) to engage technical stakeholders and engineering managers
Execute regional and vertical-focused sales campaigns aligned with product launches and corporate strategy, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints
Partner with Sales Account Managers, Technical Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a unified value proposition and shared approach to client needs
Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), ensuring seamless handoffs to the Sales team
Revenue Generation (25%)
Drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives within assigned SMB accounts to achieve sales targets and quota attainment
Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB accounts, ensuring they extract maximum value from our engineering solutions and identifying new growth triggers
Requirements: Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Results-driven mentality with proven ability to exceed sales targets
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical teams
Proficiency with CRM tools and systematic approach to workflow management
Genuine interest in engineering, simulation, and high-tech software sectors
Nice-to-Have:
Prior experience in sales development, technical sales, or business development roles
Familiarity with Physical Simulations software or similar engineering solutions
Experience working in a hybrid work environment
