We seek a strategic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. In this role, youll take ownership of a wide range of product marketing initiativesfrom crafting in-app messaging and refining product microcopy to developing compelling collateral that drives engagement and understanding. You should have a knack for writing and an ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, persuasive, and jargon-free language. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Product, Solutions Engineering, and customer-facing teams. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support new product launches by crafting clear customer-facing positioning and messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and education around new features.
Create and maintain high-impact marketing assets, including one-pagers, presentations, and videos, that articulate product value and support adoption across key audiences.
Partner with Product to develop feature-specific microcopy that effectively communicates key components and enhances user understanding.
Develop user-friendly knowledge base and Academy articles that guide users through feature functionality, usage, and underlying data methodologies.
Generate segmented in-product messages and emails aimed at different verticals and accounts to increase awareness and adoption.
Collaborate cross-functionally to shape product communication based on customer feedback and market needs.
Establish clear KPIs and regularly report on performance, using data to measure impact, optimize campaigns, and inform future product marketing initiatives.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
Native English speaker - A MUST
Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related discipline, Masters preferred
Stellar writing skills, with the ability to distill complex, technical concepts into concise, jargon-free language that both educates and persuades (writing samples will be requested)
Ability to juggle multiple projects while effectively prioritizing and managing your time to address multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven track record of contributing to successful product launches
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, including Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, Operations, and others
Excellent project management skills

Deep curiosity and customer empathy
Mastery of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Slides, and Google Sheets
Experience using Figma, Skilljar, Hubspot, Salesforce, Highspot, Appcues, and/or Monday would be a big plus
